Last week, at the Loughborough College Apprenticeship Awards, Druck was honoured with the prestigious title of ‘Employer of the Year - a title we’re proud to have retained from 2025!  In a great night for Druck, Sam Hinckley and Ammarah Nathani (pictured above with Roy Dowell) were also finalists in the ‘Engineering Apprentice of the Year’ category.

Our success really comes down to the commitment and everyday efforts of the whole team, especially those who guide and support our apprentices. Roy Dowell, in particular, puts exceptional care into making our apprenticeship programme a genuinely valuable experience. Thanks to his dedication, our apprentices are able to contribute confidently from day one while building the skills they need for a long and fulfilling career — hopefully right here at Druck.
